Certification Requests for Veteran Benefits will now be submitted through Navigator using the following steps:
聽Log into your Navigator account.
In the search bar, type 鈥淐reate Request鈥.
Click on the 鈥淐reate Request鈥 task.
For 鈥淩equest Type鈥, select 鈥淎ll鈥.
Select 鈥淰eterans Benefits Request鈥.
聽 Complete the form and click 鈥淪ubmit鈥.
聽If this is the first time you are submitting a Certification Request to use benefits at Hinds, please upload a copy or picture of your Certificate of Eligibility in the attachments portion of the form.
