The Alpha Iota Kappa Chapter of PTK Inducts New Members for Spring 2024

New members have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA on 12 or more transferrable credit hours.

JACKSON—The Alpha Iota Kappa chapter of Phi Theta Kappa honor society at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú’s Raymond Campus has inducted new members for Spring 2024. 

Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society for community and junior college students. An invitation for membership in Phi Theta Kappa is only extended to students who have a 3.5 cumulative grade point average or above on 12 or more transferrable credit hours. There are more than 1,200 Phi Theta Kappa chapters throughout the United States and abroad.

RAYMOND – ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Hi-Steppers have been named for 2024-2025.

The group has a new director, Beka King of Pearl. She is only the third director in the 75-year history of the Hi-Steppers. She herself was a Hi-Stepper from 2013-2015 and, during her sophomore year, she was captain of the team.
